Dealing with insurance companies can be confusing, and we are here to help you by calling to verify your benefits and eligibility prior to your visit. We are contracted with and bill most insurance plans, both vision and medical. We ask that you provide as much of your insurance information as possible when scheduling your appointment so we can gather this data for you in advance to help eliminate those insurance related confusions.

Please note that even if we are not “in network” with some plans, we can often bill “out of network” at a different benefit level.
